Discover the Art of Nude by Dior, sophisticated make-up that reveals natural beauty by toying
with several skin colours. The face is sculpted, the complexion glows under all lights and
the eyes and smile are adorned with elegant beige and taupe tones.
Complete your look to the tips of your nails with Dior Vernis shade 257 Incognito. For easy application and a perfect result, shake well before use, then apply a very thin first layer. The second layer can be thicker for greater intensity and cover. For a perfect finish, apply a layer of Apricot Base Coat under your nail varnish, then finish with Apricot Top Coat for intensified, long-lasting shine.
Obtain a radiant Nude effect by applying the Diorskin Nude Liquid Foundation using the Backstage Fluid Foundation Brush Light Coverage. Put some foundation on the back of your hand and take a small quantity using the brush. Apply the make-up from the centre of the face towards the exterior with horizontal movements until it is completely blended into the skin. Begin with the area under the eye then apply to the cheek, the chin and finish with the forehead.
For perfectly blended make-up, apply the concealer after the liquid foundation and before the powders. Apply the concealer with the Backstage Concealer Brush, concentrating the texture on the dark, hollow area of the under-eye shadows. If necessary, pat gently with the finger to allow the texture to penetrate.
Complete the complexion routine by applying the Diorskin Nude Compact Foundation using the Backstage Fluid Foundation Brush Light Coverage. Dip the brush in the powder and brush the eye area, chin, forehead and nose, starting at the centre of the face and drawing towards the exterior. For a very natural result, apply the powder only at the centre of the face and on the contours, avoiding the cheeks.
Finish your complexion routine by applying a touch of blush with the Backstage Blush Brush to the top of the cheekbones. Apply the blush delicately with a figure of 8 movement to the curved part of the cheekbone. Subtly lighten your complexion by also applying the blush to the temples and the contours of the forehead.
Apply Diorshow Liner Waterproof in chestnut colour in little touches along the upper lashes from the interior to the exterior of the eye to trace the eyes and give thickness to the lashes. This structures the shape of the eye and intensifies the gaze.
Create a couture yet highly natural look with the 5 Couleurs Grege set. Using the Backstage Smudging Brush take the colour positioned at the bottom left and apply the eyeshadow along the upper row of lashes. Next apply the colour to the top of the eyelid from the interior to the exterior to mark the eyelid crease. The two areas thus traced should join at the exterior of the eye under the brow.
Using the Backstage Eyeshadow Brush Medium, take and blend the two shades positioned on the left of the case and apply the shade thus created all over the eyelid between the two darker areas previously created.
With the Backstage Eyeshadow Brush Medium, take and blend the central shade with the one positioned at the top right and gently apply the shade thus created to the eyelid by dabbing gently with the entire width of the brush. Then add a touch of light by applying the same shade to the brow area, just below the eyebrow to illuminate the eyes.
Using the Backstage Smudging Brush, take and blend the two shades positioned at the bottom of the case and structure the eye by applying the shade thus created under the eye, in the outer section, along the lower row of lashes.
Finally, again using the Backstage Smudging Brush, take the highlighter shade positioned at the top right and apply a touch of light to the inner corner of the eye. This will open up the gaze and contrast with the darker areas of the eyelid and the exterior of the eye.
Apply Diorshow Iconic Extreme by pressing the root of the lashes gently and drawing the texture towards the tips while turning the brush to increase the eyelash curling effect. To retain the "nude" effect of this eye make-up, concentrate the lash make-up on the upper row of lashes. The lower lashes can remain natural.
Apply Dior Contour Universal, a transparent lip liner to define the mouth and optimise the hold of your lipstick. Start with the middle of the upper lip and draw a "V" shape on the cupid's bow. Then define the contours starting at the centre of the lips and gradually lightening until the corner. Repeat the same movement for the lower lip. Finally, colour in the inner part of the lips with the pencil to optimise hold.
Apply Rouge Dior Nude shade Grege with the Backstage Lip Brush, starting at the centre of the lips. For a perfect homogeneous result, begin the application by defining the cupid's bow and concentrate the colour at the centre of the lips. This prevents an excess of substance at the extremities.
